摘要
目的对103例车祸致复合伤患者应用有创动脉血压监测效果观察与并发症的护理。方法对本科2010年8月～2013年2月收治103例车祸后导致复合伤患者进行有创动脉血压监测。结果通过护士精心护理监测过程中103例患者未曾出现过感染、气栓、血肿、局部肢体坏死等不良并发症,发生脱管1例,堵塞1例。结论实行有创动脉血压监测,对车祸致复合伤患者有利于病情的观察,为抢救和治疗提供可靠的动态信息,既减轻反复抽动脉血气分析检查带来的痛苦以及血管壁的损伤,也方便护士工作的开展,节约工作时间。
Objective To observe the monitoring effect of invasive arterial blood pressure postoperative application in 103 patients with compound injury caused by road accidents and nursing of complications. Methods 103 cases of compound injury caused by road accidents in August 2010-February 2013 were monitored by invasive arterial blood pressure. Results In the process of nurse care monitoring,103 patients were not seen the adverse complications such as infection,air embolism,hematoma and local limb necrosis,1 case of taking off the tube and 1 case of obstructing. Conclusion The invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring for patients with compound injury caused by road accidents, makes for observation on pathogenetic condition, provides reliable dynamic information for rescue and treatment,not only can reduce the pain and vessel wall damage caused by repeated arterial blood/gas analysis and inspection, but also help the development of nurse work,save work time.
