摘要
目的研究分析脊柱转移瘤围手术期护理。方法选取2010年5月～2012年5月脊柱转移瘤手术患者41例,将其术前、术后的临床护理资料进行回顾性的分析与总结。结果 41例患者除1例发生下肢深静脉的血栓并发症外,其余患者没有发生切口感染、压疮、喉头水肿等并发症,均治愈出院。结论脊柱肿瘤围手术期的护理是护理难点之一,术前较充分的准备、术后对病情细致的观察、正确的护理措施、合理的康复指导均可提高患者生活的质量,有效控制并发症的发生,延长患者生存时间。
Objective To analyze and study the perioperative nursing of spinal metastases. Methods In May 2010- May 2010,the preoperative and postoperative clinical nursing data of 41 surgery patients with spinal metastatic tumor were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Only 1 ease occurred lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,the rest of the patients with no complication such as incision infection,pressure sores,laryngeal edema etc,had all cured. Conclusion The perioperative nursing is one of the difficulties of spinal tumor nursing,the more sufficient preoperative preparation,postoperative micromesh observation for pathogenetic condition,correct nursing measures and reasonable rehabilitation guidance can improve the patients quality of life,effectively control the occurrence of complications and prolong patient survival time.
