更新诊断标准以正确研究我国吉兰-巴雷综合征亚型 被引量:8

摘要 吉兰-巴雷综合征(Guillain.Barr6syndrome.GBS)为常见的感染后急性炎性神经根神经病,根据目前对其进行的神经生理学、免疫学、病理学研究,一般将其分为2个主要类型:急性炎性脱髓鞘性神经根神经病(acuteinflammatorydemyelinatingpolyradiculoneuropathy,AIDP)和急性运动轴突性神经病(acutemotoraxonalneurolopathy,AMAN),
