摘要
违法建设一直是困扰城市规划的一个“顽症”。从法律的角度对违法建设的成因以及城市规划行政执法中存在的问题进行了初步的分析 ,并针对违法建设提出了相应的立法建议 ,以期对我国的城市规划法制建设能有所裨益。
Urban planning is occasionally disturbed by illegal construction projects. The reason for the illegal construction and problems in the enforcement of the planning laws are analyzed from legislation point of view. This paper puts forward relative legislation suggestions; hopefully they are useful for the revision of Urban Planning Act.
