摘要
以水厂铁矿半移动式矿石破碎站移设为研究载体,对施工方案进行优化研究。详细分析采场矿石开采重心水平,确定矿石破碎站合理移设步距和移设时间,并依据生产实践经验,对破碎站基坑及K0胶带设计参数进行优化,既解决了破碎站移设过程中采场运输系统正常衔接问题,又使破碎站移设空间让位工程量最小,为破碎站安全、高效移设创造了良好条件,具有指导意义。
Taking the rearrangement of semi-mobile crushing station of Shuichang Iron Mine for an example, the optimization of its construction scheme is discussed. Based on the detailed analysis of gravity level of the open- pit, the rational distance and time of rearrangement are calculated. Then, the design parameters of foundation pit and KO belt are optimized. It solves the connection problems and decreases the project amount, which creates a good condition for the safe and efficient rearrangement with guiding significance.
