摘要
开发农民旅游市场是实现旅游业成为国民经济战略性支柱产业和人民群众更加满意的现代服务业的重中之重。文章在分析河南省农民旅游市场开发潜力的基础上,提出非均衡性开发路径,并从"旅游下乡"惠民政策、产品设计、宣传策略和服务体系的构建等方面提出非均衡开发的保障机制。
In order to become the strategical pillar industry of the national economy and the modern service industry people more satisfied, exploiting rural resident tourism is very important. On the basis of analyzing the potentiality of Henan ru- ral resident tourism, the paper propose the way of the imbalanced exploiting and some suggestions on safeguard mecha- nism such as the policies benefiting the people, product exploiting, publicity strategy and the construction of travel service system.
