摘要
塑性开裂、温度开裂以及收缩开裂是混凝土施工应用中经常出现的质量通病。塑性开裂是由于混凝土泌水造成的 ;温度开裂是由于水泥的水化热造成的 ;而干燥收缩开裂主要是由于混凝土中毛细管及凝胶孔失水而造成的。研究证实 :通过优选混凝土组成材料及配合比 ,掺入降低收缩的外加剂 。

Plastic cracking,temperature cracking and dry shrinkage cracking are always occurred during construction and application of the ready mix concrete.Plastic cracking is caused by bleeding.Temperature cracking is caused by heat of hydration.And the dry shrinkage cracking is caused by the evaporation of capillary water and gel water,which can be decreased or avoided by means of optimization of composition materials,mix and adding decreased shrinkage agents to concrete.
