"美丽国民"是建"美丽中国"的基础,教育美丽、文化美丽、环境美丽、公务员美丽、社会美丽是美丽中国及建设的要素、内容与标志。提升国民文化素养,型塑好国人和中国形象,建文化中国、智慧中国、快乐中国属繁荣、发展文化顶层设计的重大项目。培育美丽国民,净化社会风气和构建幸福度高的社会与中等发达国家,文化大发展当正视社会现实和直面、解决问题,要致力于培树健康文化,改造落后文化,抵制腐朽文化与发展先进文化。
Beautiful people are the basis of building beautiful China. There are some factors, contents and logo ; beautiful education, beautiful culture, beautiful environ- ment, beautiful civil servants , and and beautiful society. It is necessary to enhance na- tional cultural qualities, shapie the good people and the image of China, including build- ing the cultural China, wisdom China, happy Chinese prosperity and development of the cultural top-level design. In this paper, the followimg aspects will be discusses; cultivate beautiful people, purify social atmosphere , build happy society.Compared with the mod- erately developed countries, cultural development should face the social reality and con- front and solve problems. Based on training the tree healthy culture, we should transform backward culture, resist the decadent culture and develop advanced culture.
