摘要
为了改变聚丙烯薄膜的物理力学性能及阻隔性能,研制了一种自制的纳米SiO2改性助剂,通过与聚丙烯树脂熔融共混,吹制出聚丙烯/纳米SiO2复合薄膜,并对其拉伸性能、穿刺性能、摩擦系数、剥离强度等物理力学性能以及透氧、透湿等阻隔性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,当纳米SiO2的添加量为0.061%时,改性聚丙烯复合薄膜的拉伸性能及剥离强度有较大提高,穿刺性能、摩擦系数降低,同时,随着纳米SiO2添加量的增加,改性聚丙烯复合材料对水蒸气及氧气的阻隔性能显著增强。
In order to change the physical mechanical and barrier properties of polypropylene films, an agent for SiO2 modification is syntheses. By blending functionalized SiO2 with polypropylene resin particles in melt statue, a series of modified polypropylene composites films are prepared. Then the mechanical properties of tension, puncture resistance, friction coefficient and peel strength and barrier properties of oxygen transmittance rate and water vapor transmittance rate are measured. The experiments show that the tension and peel strength of modified polypropylene are increased, whereas the puneture resistance and frietion coefficient are decreased. The permeability of water vapor and oxygen are reduced significantly with the increasing content of nano-silica.
