高校教师课堂教学评价指标体系的构建与实施——以北京师范大学第十三届“青年教师教学基本功比赛”为例 被引量:10

摘要 文章依据北京师范大学"青年教师教学基本功比赛"发展的需要,提出修订第十三届"青教赛"评价指标体系的构想。在理论探讨和专家访谈的基础上,发放教师和学生问卷,通过结果处理确立评价指标,赋予权重比值,并试图弥补以往评分表的缺陷,改变计分方式,最后形成完整的评价指标体系。在评分量表的实施过程中,通过比赛现场发放问卷,获悉评分专家对评价指标体系的实施效果总体比较满意,相关专家也提出了进一步修订完善的建议。 According to the development of young teachers' teaching basic skills in Beijing Normal University, it needed to propose new criteria system for assessing 13th Young Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition. Firstly, we finished the exploration of theory and expert interview, then inquired the teachers and students, established evaluation criteria with analyzing results of investigation, gave the weight ratio, changed scoring way to make up for the flaw of old one, finally formed the assessment criteria system. In the process of applying the rating scale, we found the experts were satisfied with it by inquiring them in that moment. Certainly, experts also proposed further suggestions to improve it.
