摘要
目的:观察心理干预对中药结合梅花针治疗神经性皮炎疗效的影响。方法:将98例神经性皮炎患者随机分成心理干预组和对照组,每组各49例。对照组口服疏肝止痒汤,每天1剂,煎2次,早晚服用,并以梅花针叩刺患处,3天1次;心理干预组在对照组的基础上增加心理治疗,每次30 min,3天1次;治疗4周为1个疗程。计算两组总有效率。结果:对照组治愈10例、显效12例,有效16例、无效11例,总有效率77.6%;心理干预组治愈14例、显效19例、有效11例、无效5例,总有效率89.8%。心理干预组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预可提高中药结合梅花针治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the effect of psychological intervention on the treatment of neurodermitis with traditional chinese medicine and plum-blossom needle. Methods： 98 patients with neurodermitis were randomized into psychological intervention group and control group （49 patients each group）. Patients of control group were orally administered Shugan itching soup （once a day, decocted twice ） and received plum-blossom needle rapping once every three days; patients of psychological intervention group received additional psychotherapy for 30 minutes, once every three days. 4 weeks constituted one course of treatment. The total efficiency rate was calculated in each group. Results： In psychological intervention group, the therapy cured 14 patients and was significantly effective in 19 cases, effective in 11 cases and ineffective in 5 cases, making the total efficiency rate of 89.8%. In control group, 10 patients were cured, and there were 12 significantly effective, 16 effective and 11 ineffective cases,with the total efficiency rate of 77.56%. Compared with the control group, the total efficiency rate of psychological intervention group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Psychological intervention could improve the clinical effect of the treatment with traditional chinese medicine and plum-blossom needle on neurodermitis.
