摘要
文章结合设备钢支架的形式,分析了钢支架柱的受力特点,指出由于钢支架平面内设置支撑或采取其它构造措施,钢支架的承载能力由其平面外承载能力决定;并根据相关计算假定,建立了计算设备钢支架柱的计算模型,采用一阶弹性分析方法推导出计算公式;同时介绍了设计中应注意的相关问题,可为类似的工程设计提供参考。
According to various forms of equipment steel bracket,this paper analyzes the stress features of the steel bracket column and points out that the carrying capacity of the steel bracket is determined by the carrying capacity out of plane because bracket is set inside the steel bracket plane or other structure measures are adopted.Based on correlative calculation assumption,calculation model for the equipment bracket column is set up and the calculation formula is concluded from adopting the first order elastic analysis.Meanwhile,the paper also introduces related issues that should be noted in designing,which provides reference for the engineering design of similar projects.
