电脑辐射对男性不育患者精液质量的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨电脑辐射对男性不育患者精液质量的影响。方法选择78例长期接触电脑(每天超过10h)的男性不育患者为不育组,对照组为125例偶尔接触电脑(每天不超过1h)的健康正常男性,对2组精液标本的各项主要参数及精子畸形率进行对比分析。结果与对照组比较,不育组的精子密度,精子活率和A级精子活力百分率显著降低,精子畸形率显著升高,2组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电脑辐射会对男性精液产生一定的影响,长期接触电脑可能是造成男性不育的原因之一。 Objective : Effect of computer radiation on semen quality in male infertility is investigated. Methods : 78 cases of male infertility that are exposed to computer radiation more than 10 hours a day were selected as test group; and 125 healthy male who rarely use a computer were selected as control group. Main parameters and sperm abnormality rate of semen samples from the two groups were compared. Results : Sperm concentration, sperm motility and class A - sperm rate of test group were significantly lower than those of control group, and sperm abnormality rate was significantly higher (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Computer radiation have adverse effect on semen, long - term contact with computers is one of the risk factors of male infertility.
