贵阳地区625例不良孕产史夫妇的细胞遗传学分析

摘要 不良孕产史是妇女妊娠过程中常见的病理现象，它包括习惯性流产、死产、死胎、曾生育畸形胎或智力低下患儿等。现在由于大家优生意识提高，来我院做孕前检查的人越来越多，不良孕产史者在其中占很大比例。引起不良孕产史的原因很多除免疫因素、内分泌因素、孕产孕期病原体感染、有诱变剂接触史等因素外，染色体异常已成为不可忽视的原因之一。我们对我院做优生咨询的不良孕产史的夫妇及个人进行细胞遗传学检查，现将结果报道如下。
