摘要
目的探讨男性染色体异常与男性不育的关系。方法对1147例男性不育症患者采用常规外周血淋巴细胞培养,制备染色体G带标本,进行染色体G带核型分析。结果被检测的1147例男性不育患者中,有97例染色体核型异常,占全部被检者的8.5%(97/1147)。其中性染色体数目异常80例,占总异常的82.5%,其中嵌合体8例,占8.2%;性反转有5例,占5.2%;染色体易位核型11例,占11.3%;倒位1例。结论染色体异常是导致男性不育的主要因素之一,应对男性不育患者进行常规染色体分析,有助于病因诊断和临床治疗方案。
Objective: To study the relations between chromosome defects and male infertility. Methods: Chromosome preparations made from peripheral blood lymphocytes by conventional, G - banding technique 1147 cases of male infertiliey. Results : There are 97 cases with chromosome abnormalities which is 8.5% in all cases (97/1147). Eighty cases of sex chromosome abnormalities were de- tected, which account for 82. 5% in total chromosomal abnormality. And 8 cases of chimera, 1 case of sexual inversion, 11 cases of translocation and 1 cases of inversion were found. Conclusion: Chromosome abnormality is very important etiology in male infertility. Chromosome karyotype analysis should be carried out routinely for male infertility.
