摘要
基于当今社会对涉外应用型法律人才以及国际经济法学科研究人才的现实需求,国际经济法双语教学必须以此为教学目标,这就对学生各方面的能力提出了要求。通过研究归纳得出,国际经济法双语教学对学生能力之要求主要包括英语语言能力、法律思维能力和实践应用能力三个方面。提高学生能力,才是实现教学目标之关键,而当前我国的国际经济法双语教学中在培养学生能力方面还存在很多困境。鉴于此,本文进一步探究以提升学生能力为理念的国际经济法双语教学路径的设计。
Based on the practical need of today's society, bilingual teaching of International Economic Law must aim to develop foreign applied legal talents as well as academic research talents. According to research and analysis, we conclude that the ability requirements of this course include English language ability, legal thinking ability and practical application ability. Improving students' abilities is the key to achieving teaching objectives. However, there are still many difficulties in developing students' abilities. In view of this, this paper is designed to cultivate students' abilities required in the bilingual teaching of International Economic Law.
