尿微量蛋白对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨尿微量白蛋白(UALB)、α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)和β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)在糖尿病肾病早期(DN)诊断的价值。方法检测36例早期糖尿病肾病者(早期DN组)、40例单纯糖尿病者(单纯DM组)和35例健康体检者(正常对照组)的尿UALB、α1-MG和β2-MG及血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr),对其进行分析。结果早期DN组尿UALB、α1-MG、β2-MG、血BUN明显高于正常对照组及单纯DM组(P<0.01)。单纯DM组尿α1-MG明显高于对照组(P<0.05),单纯DM组尿UALB、β2-MG、血BUN与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血Cr在三组中比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿UALB、α1-MG和β2-MG是诊断早期糖尿病肾脏损害的灵敏指标。 Objective To explore the value of urinary microalbumin(UALB) ,at microglobulin(oq-MG) and β2 microglobulin( β2- MG) in diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy(DN) . Methods The levels of UALB, cq-MG, β2 - MG,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) were determined in 36 cases of early diabetic nephropathy( early DN group) ,40 cases of simple diabetes mellitus (DM group)and 35 healthy controls( control group), respectively. Results The levels of UALB, αI-MG, β2-MG, BUN in early DN group were significamly higher than those in DM group and control group ( P 〈0.01 ). The level ofα1 -MG in DM group was significant- ly higher than that in control group ( P 〈0. 01 ). There was no significant difference in UALB, β2-MG, BUN between DM group and con- trol group ( P 〉0. 05 ), and there was no significant difference in blood Cr among the above three groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion UALB, α1-MG and β2-MG are sensitive indicators in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.
