摘要
目的研究惊厥发作不同时相下脑红蛋白(NGB)的表达情况。方法 25只大鼠随机分为假手术组、5 min组、15min组、30 min组和延时组,各组进行HE染色及免疫组织化学染色,观察各组细胞形态变化,对比惊厥发作不同时相下脑红蛋白的表达变化情况。结果各惊厥发作组与假手术对照组相比较NGB表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);发作各组间相比较,5 min组与15 min组差异不大(P>0.05);其余各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05-0.01)。结论 NGB表达在惊厥发作后迅速增加,并持续一定时间。
Objective To investigate the expression of neuroglobin after convulsion at different stages. Methods The 25 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,5 rain group, 15 min group,30 min group and delay group. HE staining and immunohisto- chemical staining were performed to observe the morphological changes and detect the expression of neuroglobin. Results Compared with sham group, the expression of neuroglobin increased in the other four groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of neuroglobin was signifi- cantly different between the different stage groups(P 〈0.05 -0.01 ) except between 5 min group and 15 min group(P 〉0.05). Conclusion Neuroglobin expression increases ranidlv after the seizures and could continue some time.
