摘要
在客观评析我国公共体育服务体系含义研究进展的基础上,基于公共体育服务体系的功能视角界定公共体育服务体系的含义。研究认为公共体育服务体系是实现公共体育服务供需均衡的要素系统。公共体育服务体系可从广义与狭义两方面界定,狭义的公共体育服务体系即公共体育服务的内容体系,包含国民体质监测服务、奥运争光服务、体育指导服务、体育信息服务、体育活动服务和体育设施服务等部分;广义的公共体育服务体系包含公共体育服务的供给体系、需求体系、内容体系、保障体系、评估体系和运行机制等要素。
In the objective analysis of the concept of public sports service system, public sports serv- ice system is defined based on the function of the service system of public sports perspective. Study found that public sports service system is a system to realize the balance of supply and demand of public sports service. Public sports service system can be defined from the narrow and general as- pects. The narrow sense of public sports service system is public sports service content system,inclu-ding civil constitution monitoring servic, sports honor, guidance services, sports information service, sports activity service and sports facilities services. The general public sports service system is a pub- lic sports service system of supply and demand system, content system, security system, evaluation system and operation mechanism.
