摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮维生素D3添加量对扬州鹅生长性能、屠宰性能和血清生化指标的影响,进而探讨5~10周龄扬州鹅饲粮维生素D3的适宜添加量。选取300只健康、体重均匀的5周龄扬州鹅公鹅,随机分成5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鹅。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加500、1 000、2 000和4 000 IU/kg维生素D3的试验饲粮。试验期6周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加1 000 IU/kg的维生素D3极显著提高了10周龄扬州鹅的平均体重(P<0.01),显著提高了5~10周龄扬州鹅平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),饲粮添加维生素D3显著降低了5~10周龄扬州鹅的料重比(P<0.05),并且在维生素D3添加量为2 000 IU/kg时极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。2)饲粮添加1 000 IU/kg维生素D3显著提高了10周龄扬州鹅的全净膛率(P<0.05),显著降低了腹脂率(P<0.05);饲粮添加维生素D3对10周龄扬州鹅的屠宰率、半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、心脏指数、肝脏指数和肌胃指数的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。3)饲粮添加维生素D3显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)提高了10周龄扬州鹅的血清钙含量,维生素D3添加量为2 000 IU/kg时最高,极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于500 IU/kg组(P<0.05),1 000 IU/kg组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);饲粮添加维生素D3对10周龄扬州鹅的血清磷含量和碱性磷酸酶活性的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,本试验推荐5~10周龄扬州鹅饲粮维生素D3适宜添加量为1 000~2000 IU/kg。
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary vitamin D3 supplemental level, on growth performance, slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou geese, and to explore the dietary optimal vitamin D3 level for Yangzhou geese at the age of 5 to 10 weeks. A total of 300 5-week-old healthy male Yangzhou geese with similar body weight were randomly allocated into 5 groups with 6 replicates per treatment and 10 geese per replicate. The control group was fed a basal diet and experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 500, 1 000, 2 000 and 4 000 IU/kg vitamin D3, respectively. The ex- periment lasted for 6 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with the control group, adding 1 000 IU/kg vitamin D3 significantly increased the body weight of Yangzhou geese at the age of 10 weeks ( P 〈 0.01 ), and significantly increased the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of Yangzhou geese at the age of 5 to 10 weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ). Adding vitamin D3 significantly decreased the feed/gain of Yangzhou geese at the age of 5 to 10 weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ), and feed/gain of 2 000 IU/kg vitamin D3 group was signifi- cantly lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). 2 ) Adding 1 000 IU/kg vitamin D3 significantly increased the percentage of eviscerated yield of Yangzhou geese at the age of 10 weeks (P 〈0.05 ), and significantly de- creased the percentage of abdominal fat ( P 〈 0.05 ). However, there were no significant differences in dress- ing percentage, half-eviscerated yield percentage, breast muscle percentage, leg muscle percentage, cardiac in- dex, liver index and gizzard index of Yangzhou geese at the age of 10 weeks among all groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). 3 ) Adding vitamin D3 significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) or extremely significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) increased serum calcium content of Yangzhou geese at the age of 10 weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ), when adding 2 000 IU/kg vitamin D3, the ser- um calcium content was extremely significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and significantly higher than that of 500 IU/kg group ( P 〈 0.05), the serum calcium content of 1 000 IU/kg vitamin D3 group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in serum phosphorus content and alkaline phosphatase activity of Yangzhou geese at the age of 10 weeks among allgroups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The results indicate that the optimal level of vitamin D3 is 1 000 - 2 000 IU/kg for maleYangzhou geese at the age of 5 to 10 weeks.
