土壤容重对棉花根系作用模拟的知识管理研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了对作物根系在土壤中生长的知识进行有效管理,针对不同土壤容重中棉花根系的形态特征和生长特点,提出一种结合知识模型和可视化模拟的作物根-土系统知识管理方法。建立棉花主根轴向生长速度与土壤容重定量关系的数学模型,搭建土壤容重对棉花根系作用的知识管理平台,利用SimRoot根构型几何模型模拟棉花根构型参数主根轴向生长速度随土壤容重的变化。结果表明,结合可视化模拟仿真的知识管理方法能够预测不同土壤容重中棉花根系生长状态。 In order to effectively manage the knowledge of crop roots growth in the soil, aiming at the problem of different cot- ton roots morphological features and growth characteristics with different soil bulk density, a method of knowledge management of crop roots-soil system by combined knowledge model with visual simulation is proposed. The mathematical model of the quantitative relationship between the cotton taproot axial growth rate and soil bulk density is developed to build a knowledge management platform of cotton roots as related to soil bulk density by using SimRoot, the roots architecture geometric simula- tion model, to simulate the variation of taproot axial growth rate with soil bulk density. The results show that the knowledge management method combined with visual simulation can predict cotton roots growth state in different soil bulk density.
