摘要
基于有限元优化分析原理,利用NURBS样条曲线的特性,在Pro/E和ANSYS WORKBENCH环境下对标准渐开线齿轮齿根部位进行了形状优化设计,提出了一种实用、易于普及的齿根过渡曲线最佳线型实现新方法,大幅改善了齿根部位的应力状况,降低了齿轮工作过程中齿根折断的机率。
Based on finite element optimization analysis principle and using of characteristics of NURBS spline curve, through the shape optimization of standard involute gear tooth root part operated in Pro/E and ANSYS work- bench software, a new realization method of involute gear tooth root transition curve best linetype is proposed. This method is practical, easy popularity and significantly improves stress condition of tooth root which is good for cutting down the broken probability of tooth root.
