摘要
针对在圆柱齿轮发生热变形时设计齿廓遭到破坏这一问题,首次基于传热学理论提出了各项齿廓偏差与温升之间关系的理论模型,并结合实际齿轮测量数据进行验证。指出在圆柱齿轮温升时,实际齿廓与理论齿廓之间出现偏差,具体表现为齿廓偏差中各项具体偏差的变化。详细讨论了各项偏差的变化规律,并通过这些偏差项目的具体变化特性来评价渐开线齿廓的变化规律,分析温升对齿廓带来的影响。实验结果表明提出的模型正确预测了渐开线齿廓的具体变形规律,对于齿轮的热变形研究有一定的价值。
According to the problem that design tooth profile be destroyed owing to the thermal deformation of cylindrical gear, based on the heat transfer theory, a theoretical model of the relation between various tooth profile deviations and temperature rise is proposed first and verified base on the measurement data in experiment. Point out that it would occur deviation between design tooth profile and actual tooth profile due to the temperature rise of cylindrical gear, it is show that variation of every test item. The change law of every test item due to temperature rise is discussed in detail, and the change law of involute tooth profile is evaluated based on variation characteristics of test items. The result shows that the the change law of involute tooth profile is predicted by the model, and it has certain practical val- ue for the study on thermal deformation of gear.
