摘要
目的:设计并探讨护理安全事项分析报告单的应用效果。方法:运用预见性风险管理原理和非惩罚性不良事件报告制,科学设计护理安全事项分析报告单并应用。护理质量管理委员会每月对本月的安全隐患和不良事件按回顾性管理模式根本原因分析进行分析,总结经验,提出整改意见。结果:护理部能及时掌握全院护理工作质量,及时发现安全隐患。护理安全事件上报率由0.98%提高到2%;不良事件上报率由0.22%提高到0.47%;护士对护理管理工作的满意度由73.8%上升至90.9%,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理安全事项分析报告单的应用保障患者安全和提高护理质量,提高护士对管理工作的满意度。
Objective： To design and explore the applying effect of the report for safe nursing events. Method： To Use the principle of predictive risk management and the non-punitive report system for adverse events, scientific design and apply the nursing safety events analysis report. The potential nursing safety hazard and adverse events were analyzed by Nursing Quality Management Committee per month according to the management mode of root cause analysis, then summed up the experience and put forward the improvement advice. Result： The nursing qualities were grasped and the nursing safety hazards were found by nursing department timely. The report rate of nursing safety events increased from 0.98% to 2%, the report rate of adverse events increased 0.22% to 0.47%, and the satisfaction degree of nurses with the nursing management job improved from 73.8% to 90.9%. The differences were significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The application of the analysis report for safe nursing events ensures the patients＇ safety and improves the quality of nursing. The satisfaction degree of nurses with the nursing management job is improved.
