摘要 目的:观察Tooth Mousse护牙素与氟化物联合使用预防正畸釉质脱矿的效果。方法:选择固定正畸患者82例,采用自身对照法,A区侧切牙和尖牙戴入托槽后使用0.2%氟化纳漱口3min后,再在托槽周围涂护牙素,保留5min,B区同名牙仅用0.2%氟化钠漱口。每半月复诊重复操作,1年后观察两区牙釉质脱矿程度和牙釉质脱矿率,对其进行比较。结果:1年后A区牙釉质脱矿率低于B区,比较差异有统计学意义。结论:护牙素与氟化物有协同作用,可以减少正畸牙釉质脱矿,促进再矿化。 Objective: To observe the effect of combined use of tooth mousse and sodium fluoride to prevent the enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment. Method: 82 cases fixed orthodontic patients were chosen by self-contrel contrast method. A zone of lateral incisors and canines, after wearing nursery groove, received 0.2% fluorinated nano rinse your mouth after 3 minutes, then in around braces with tooth element, kept 5 minutes. B area of the teeth received only 0.2% sodium fluoride gargle. Follow-up, no one and a half months. A year later, to observe and compare enameling to take off the ore degree and rate between A and B area. Result: A year later, A zone enameled to take off the ore rate was lower than that of the B area, and differences were significant. Conclusion: Tooth element and fluoride have synergy, and can reduce orthodontic tooth enamel to take off the ore, promote again mineralization.
