摘要
目的研究精细化护理在老年重症糖尿病足伤口护理中的应用。方法将82例患者随机分成对照组和实验组,每组41例,对照组采用糖尿病足患者的常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上采用精细化护理,比较两组患者对护理人员的满意度及焦虑等不良情绪情况。结果实验组患者对护理人员的满意度高于对照组(95.12%vs75.61%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);实验组患者护理干预后焦虑评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过加强对老年重症糖尿病足患者伤口的精细化护理,提高了患者及家属对护理人员工作的认可,减轻了不良情绪,利于伤口创面的愈合,减轻患者及家属的痛苦,提高糖尿病足患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the application of meticulous nursing in the application of elderly patients with severe diabetic foot wound care. Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, with each group of 41 patients. The control group was treated with routine care, and the experimental group was taken with diabetic foot meticulous car on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction, anxiety and bad mood of the two groups for nursing staffwere compared. Results The satisfaction level of the experimental group patients on the nursing staffwas higher than that in the control group （95.12% vs 75.61%）, the difference was statistically significant （P = 0.012）. The anxiety scores in the experimental group after nursing intervention were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the meticulous nursing of elderly patients with severe diabetic foot wounds can improve the satisfaction from patients and their families, and reduce the anxiety and other negative emotions, which will help the healing of the wound to relieve pain.
