摘要
在线修复在钢铁行业的现场检修中应用广泛,在项目实施前对整个加工环境进行模拟,具有重要的意义,它有助于提高加工设备选型效率,了解加工干涉位置,确定各部件的尺寸参数等,本文基于UG软件,运用参数化建模、自顶向下及自底向上的装配方法对整个在线加工环境进行装配模拟。
Online repair is widely used in the steel industry, the simulation of entire processing environment before the implementation of the project is of great significance, it helps to improve the efficiency of the equipment selection, understanding the processing interference position, determine the size of the parameters of the various components. The paper based on the UG, using tile parametric modeling, top-down and bottom-up assembly methods to simulate the entire online processing environment.
