辐射传热条件下的热电发电器性能

摘要 建立了辐射传热规律下的多单元热电发电器热力学模型。研究了其包含传热不可逆性时的性能,得到了其热端和冷端温度,以数值算例分析了装置输出功率和效率。结果表明,当热电单元数增加时,最大输出功率先增大后减小,最大效率下降。当热源温度增加时,功率和效率都增加,功率呈线性,效率则加速上升。 A thermodynamic model of multielement thermoelectric generator with radiative heat transfer law is built. The characteristics with heat transfer irreversibility are investigated. The temperatures of hot and cold side are obtained. The power output and efficiency are analyzed. The results show that when number of thermoelectric elements increases, the maximum power increase and decrease, while the maximum efficiency decrease. When the generator heat source temperature increases, both the maximum power and the maximum efficiency increase. The power is in linear while the efficiency accelerates.
