摘要
数控编程作为数控加工的关键技术之一,其程序的编制效率和品质在很大程度上决定了产品的加工精度和生产效率。尤其是随着数控加工不断朝高速、精密方向发展,提高数控程序的编制品质和效率对于提高制造企业的竞争力有着重要的意义。因此,可以结合现实因素,实事求是的调整数控技能课程教学方案,充分挖掘设备和师资潜力,推进和调整数控技能型人才培养品质。
NC programming technology is one of the key technologies in numerical control machining processing, its efficiency and quality determine the machining accuracy and the production efficiency of products to a great extent. With the development of NC machining technology which is towards the trend of high-speed and precision, improving the quality and efficiency of NC programming is of great significance for improving the competitiveness of manufacturers. According to the actual conditions,we should adjust the practical curriculum plan, make fully use of equipment and develop teachers' potential energy, as a result, the students' professional quality will be raised.
