摘要
横向移箱机构作为高速水稻插秧机送秧关键机构,对水稻插秧机整体工作性能起着至关重要的作用。利用Pro/E对横向移箱机构各部件进行三维建模并装配,然后通过ADAMS进行虚拟仿真,可以真实地反映滑块和螺旋轴的运动和受力情况,为更进一步地研究提供依据。滑块作为横向移箱机构核心传动部件,对其进行相应优化设计,可以显著改善横向移箱机构运动平稳性,减轻移箱过程中滑块和螺旋轴间的接触力,提高其使用寿命。
Transverse seedling feeder mechanism as the key institution of the high-performance rice transplanter, plays a vital role on the rice translator's overall performance. It uses Pro/E to model each component's three-dimensional entity of transverse seedling feeder mechanism and to assemble it,and then through ADAMS carries on virtual simulation, which can realistically reflects motion and force of the slider and the spiral spiral axis and provides a basis for the further research. The solider as the core of the transmission members of the transverse seedling feeder machanism, its corresponding optimal design,can significantly improve the moving efficiency and stationarity, reducing the contact force between the slider and the spiral axis in the process of moving boxes, and increase its service life
