摘要
脂肪醇高压加氢制醇工艺中最核心设备之一是高压加氢反应器。文章从加氢反应器所在系统的反应机理,工艺仪表控制,设备设计,催化剂的选择及固定床和悬浮床工艺比较等方面阐述其设计思路,了解设计过程中需要注意到的相关问题。
The high-pressure hydrogenation reactor is one of the core equipment of fatty alcohol high-pressure hydrogenation process.The paper elaborated the design ideas from the reaction mechanism,the control of process instrument,the equipment design,the selection of the catalyst,and the process comparison of the fixed bed and fluidized bed,to learn the design process need to pay attention to the related problem.
