摘要
群策群防体系在我国的灾害防治发挥着巨大的作用。本文针对当前地质灾害群测群防工作中的一些问题,提出了在基于WebGIS技术基础上,运用现代数据库技术,互联网技术等在.NET平台上建立四川古蔺县群测群防信息系统。系统测试表明该系统运行稳定,能够实现地质灾害数据的信息化管理、提高当前的群测群防工作的效率。
Residents self-understanding and self-monitoring technology plays an important role in the prevention of geological dis- asters. This article in view of the problem of residents self-understanding and self-monitoring, established Gulin Residents Self-Under- standing and Self-Monitoring Information System in the .NET platform based on WebGIS. The test of the system showed that the system could improve the efficiency of the work with stability.
