摘要
本文基于实地调查分析,将SPSS相关分析和GIS的空间分析结合对二手房选址进行研究,运用GIS空间分析的缓冲区分析、叠置分析等功能得出最佳二手房购买区位分布图,最终结果表明,目前成都市较好的二手房区域选择主要集中武侯、青羊和锦江区。研究成果对二手房的购买选择和二手房中介营销策略实施提供指导意义,对政府城市规划也有参考意义。
By adopting the methods of questionnaires, combined with SPSS correlation analysis and GIS spatial analysis to study on site selection of second-hand houses, the paper used the buffer analysis and overlay analysis to find the location distribution for buy- ing second-hand houses. The results showed that the better selection on second-hand housing regions of Chengdu is focusing on the dis- tricts Wuhou, Qingyang and Jinjiang. The achievement of the study would provide guide to the second-hand housing selection and im- plementation of second-hand housing intermediaries marketing strategy, and a reference to the plans of the government.
