根据目前代建项目中的风险承担现状和存在问题,探讨代建人风险承担的原则及共识,对代建人应如何公平合理承担法律风险进行分析,并对代建人法律风险防范对策提出自己看法。
According to the current construction project risk status and existing problems of construction, principle and common risk people, building on behalf of people how to fair and reasonable legal risk analysis, and construction of legal risk prevention countermeasures put forward their views.
