摘要 根据高分子合成原理,通过将不同分子量的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚与丙烯酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸在引发剂的两次引发的作用下,经自由基聚合而成聚羧酸系高性能减水剂。研究了各聚合因素对聚羧酸减水剂合成的影响,最终确出最佳的工艺条件。研制的TW-PS聚羧酸盐高性能减水剂已应用于福厦铁路客运专线及南昌铁路枢纽西环线改建工程等重大工程的高性能混凝土中,取得显著的经济效果与社会效益。 Based on principles of macromolecular design, polyearboxylates high -performance water- reducing agent were synthesized through the mixture of the different molecular weight acrylic pelyethers with acrylic acid, sodium methylallyl sulfonate and 2 - acrylamide - 2 - methylpre panesulfonic acid in the ini- tiator role of the two triggered by free radical copolymerization. The papers researched the polymerization factors on the influence of polycarboxylate superp|asti- cizer synthesis, and optimized conditions were determined by a series of experiments. The TW - PS has been used in much important engineering of HPC, such as Fuzhou - Xiamen railway passenger dedicated line and NanChang reconstruction project of railway terminal western loop line. It have made the remark- able economic effect and social benefit.
