摘要
三坊七巷是中国十大历史文化街区之一,三坊七巷历史文化街区保护规划于2007年获福州市政府批准实施。本文从三坊七巷历史文化街区保护规划的实施出发,从保护要素的保护和传承、整治规划内容的执行情况、政策制定等方面开展评估,找出存在问题及原因,摸索历史文化街区保护规划评估工作的方法。
Three lanes and Seven Lanes district is one of the top ten historical and cultural blocks. Based on the implement of the planning, this article made an assesment on the policy, the protection and the inherit of the culture, the content of the conservation plan, in order to find the way to improve the implement of the conservation planning of the historical and culture blocks.
