混纤比对一步法POY/FDY涤纶混纤丝性能的影响

摘要 采用一步法工艺制备了一系列不同混纤比的POY(预取向丝)/FDY(全拉伸丝)涤纶混纤丝样品,对样品的异收缩性能和拉伸性能进行测试,分析了混纤比对混纤丝异收缩率和拉伸性能的影响.研究结果表明,一步法POY/FDY涤纶混纤丝的异收缩率受混纤比的影响很小,主要由POY和FDY本身的热收缩性能决定;混纤丝强度满足混合定律,随POY混纤比增加,混纤丝强度先下降后上升,最低强度出现在POY混纤比为70%左右;混纤丝实测强度小于理论预测强度,原因是网络加工加剧了混纤丝中纤维断裂的不同时性. The POY(pre-oriented yarn)/FDY (fully drawn yarn) polyester combined yarns with different blending ratio were prepared by one-step process. The differential shrinkage property and tensile property of yarns were tested and the effects of blending ratio on the properties were studied. The results show that the differential shrinkage of the yarns is seldom influenced by blending ratio, but mainly determined by the thermal shrinking property of POY and FDY. The tenacity of the yarns, which satisfies the rule of mixture, decreases with the content of POY first, then increases with the lowest tenacity at the blending ratio of POY is 70%. The measured tenacity of the yarns is lower than that predicted by rule of mixture, attributing to the asynchrony of filaments breaking due to the intermingle texturing.
