4种耐干旱植物种子质量及萌发规律 被引量:2

Quality and Germination Regularity of Four Drought-tolerant Plant Seeds

摘要 介绍了南方红壤区治理水土流失常见的构树、火棘、黄栀子、鬼针草4种耐干旱植物种子,对其进行质量检验和萌发试验,以期为南方红壤区植被恢复增加可供选择的先锋植物,结果表明:(1)4种植物种子净度都在90%以上;(2)构树、鬼针草的种子含水量分别为11.20%、14.15%,种子干藏保存;而火棘、黄栀子的种子含水量分别为87.83%、86.95%,种子应沙藏保存;(3)火棘种子在5~7℃即可萌发,鬼针草在8~15℃时萌发,构树、黄栀子的种子萌发温度为24.5~27.5℃;(4)供试植物种子均不存在休眠性。 In order to increase the diversity of available pioneer plants for vegetation restoration works in red soil region of southern China, we studied the seed quality and germination regularity of four drought - tolerant plants Broussonetia papyrifera, Pyracantha fortuneana, C, ardeniajasminoides and Bidens pilosa, which were primary pioneer plants for controlling water and soil erosion in red soil region of southern China. The results showed that: ( 1 ) The seed purity of these four plants was all above 90% ; (2) The water contents in the seeds of Broussonetia papyrifera and Bidens pilosa were 11.20% and 14.15% respectively, and they were suit- able for dry storage. However, the water contents in the seeds of Pyracantha fortuneana and Gardenia jasminoides were 87.83% and 86.95 % respectively, and they were appropriate for sand storage; (3) The temperatures for the seed germination of Pyracantha fortuneana, Bidens pilosa were 5 - 7 ℃ and 8 N 15 ℃, respectively. The seeds of Broussonetia papyrifera and Gardenia jasminoides could germinate at 24.5 - 27.5 ℃ ; (4) All the tested seeds had no dormancy.
