摘要
综述了近年来超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的研究状况。Ziegler-Natta催化剂中的组分不同,用其制备的UHMWPE的相对分子质量不同,且随反应温度的提高,UHMWPE的相对分子质量降低,而提高反应压力可使UHMWPE的相对分子质量增加。非Ziegler-Natta催化剂体系中配体结构或活性中心不同,用其制备的UHMWPE的相对分子质量及其分布以及颗粒形态不同。结合我国实际情况,在引进国外先进经验和技术的同时,应加大对催化剂和适合加工产品需要的加工设备及技术的研发。
This paper reviewed the research status of ultra high relative molecular mass polyethylene (UH- MWPE). Using Ziegler-Natia catalysts with different components, the relative molecular mass of the resuhant UHMWPE was different. The relative molecular mass decreased with augment of reaction temperature and in- creased with rise of reaction pressure. The relative molecular mass and its distribution, as well as particle mor- phology of UHMWPE prepared with non-Ziegler-Natta catalysts with different ligand structures or active centers were distinct. Combined with the actual situation of China, the domestic enterprises should increase research on catalysts, processing equipments and technologies suitable for preparing UHMWPE while introducing foreign advanced experience and technologies.
