摘要
根据医用级低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂的要求,确定了产品的质量指标和生产工艺参数,开发了医用级LDPE 3020D。结果表明:3020D产品的维卡软化温度为105.9℃、拉伸断裂应力为14.0 MPa、拉伸断裂标称应变为406%、弯曲模量为220 MPa,具有良好的耐热性能、优良的力学性能和加工性能;3020D产品中没有检测出金属离子,正己烷提取物为22.1 mg,满足国家标准规定的低于60.0 mg的要求;根据美国食品与药品管理局法规中关于聚烯烃要求检测的正己烷、二甲苯提取物满足医用包装材料的要求。
The quality indices and production process parameters of low density polyethylene （LDPE） for medical use were determined, and the medical grade LDPE 3020D was developed in the light of the requirements of medical grade LDPE resin. The results show that the Vicat softening point of LDPE 3020D is 105.9 ~, the tensile stress at break is 14.0 MPa, the nominal tensile strain at break is 406% and the flexural modulus is 220 MPa.The resin has good heat resistance, excellent mechanical properties and processing performance. No metallic ion is detected in LDPE 3020D; the content of n-hexane extractive is 22.1 mg which is lower than 60.0 rag, fulfilled the stipulation in the national standard. According to the regulations for polyolefins of U.S. Food and Drug Ad- ministration, the content of n-hexane and xylene extractive which is detected in LDPE 3020D meets the require- ments of medical packaging materials.
