摘要
研究烤烟地上部氮积累量垂直分布与冠层光谱参数的定量关系,以明确冠层不同叶层尤其是中、下层叶片对光谱的贡献,构建基于光谱指数的烤烟不同叶层及其组合氮素积累量的反演模型。针对不同施氮水平下烤烟进行大田试验,于不同生育时期采集田间冠层光谱数据并测定植株不同器官及叶层生物量和氮含量。对不同叶层及其组合氮素积累量与多个光谱参数进行相关分析,结果表明:植被指数RVI(810,680)可以有效反演烤烟植株中层、上中层、上中下层氮素积累量;红边振幅(DλRed)可有效反演下层、中下层氮素积累量,说明利用光谱参数反演烤烟植株氮素积累量及中下层氮素积累量是可行的。
The quantitative relationship between vertical distribution of above-ground nitrogen accumulation and canopy reflectance spectra in flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. ) was studied. It aimed at determining the contribution of leaf layers especially middle layer and lower layer to canopy reflectance, and constructing vertical distribution inversion model of nitrogen accumulation in different leaf layers and its combination in flue-cured tobacco. The field experiments with different nitrogen levels were conducted. The time-course measurements were taken on canopy spectral reflectance and weights and nitrogen contents in different plant parts and leaf layers during the experimental period. By means of analysis of correlation with experimental results, it was found that RVI (810,680) could efficiently inverse the ANA in middle layer, upper-middle layer and the whole plant layers of flue-cured tobacco. DλRed could efficiently inverse the ANA of lower layer, middle-lower layer of flue-cured tobacco. It was concluded that ANA in middle, lower layer and the whole plantlets of flue-cured tobacco could be monitored directly by key vegetation indices.
