摘要
新生代农民工受教育水平较高,渴望融入城市,接受教育培训的愿望较强。高职院校通过多元办学模式,充分利用专业设置、"双师"素质教师、仿真仪器设备等优势参与新生代农民工教育培训具有理论上的可行性和现实的可操作性。
New generation peasant workers have higher level education, and they wish for blending into the city. It is teasibility in theory and maneuverability in reality that higher vocational colleges could take multi - running pattern, and make full use of specialty setting, "double -quality" teacher and simulation equipment and so on, in order to participate in new generation peasant worker education training.
