摘要
目的探讨人性化管理对消毒供应中心的工作人员感染意识和感染率的影响。方法选取消毒供应中心的38名工作人员,对其进行1年半的跟踪调查,采用填写问卷的方法了解前一年消毒供应中心工作人员感染意识的优良程度、感染例数等信息;将人性化管理模式引入中心管理中,6个月后对中心工作人员重复上述问卷调查,统计两次调查的结果,对比前后感染意识及感染率的变化。结果在引入人性化管理模式后,工作2h后洗手前细菌数平均为(18.04±2.47)CFU/cm2,洗手后为(3.10±1.02)CFU/cm2,明显少于之前的(21.47±6.14)、(6.05±2.13)CFU/cm2;引入人性化管理后,1年内中心总感染频次为104次,人均2.47次/年,明显少于之前总数143次,人均3.41次/年,各数据前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引入人性化管理模式后,中心内工作人员的感染意识有了大幅提高,感染率得到有效的控制,提高了中心工作人员的工作积极性,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of humanized management mode on the infection awareness and the infection rate of medical staff in the central sterile supply department. METHODS A total of 38 medical staff of the central sterile supply department were chosen and were traced for one year and a half. First of all, the questionnaires were taken to understand the degree of awareness of infections and number of infection cases. The humanized management mode was introduced to the central management, and six months later the medical staff were re- investigated by the questionnaires, the results were statistically significant, the change in the infection awareness or the infection rate was compared. RESULTS After the introduction of the humanized management mode, the average bacterial colony counts was （18.04±2.47）CFU/cm2 before the hand washing and （3.10±1.02）CFU/cm2 after the hand washing, significantly lower than（21.47±6.14） CFU/cm2 and （6.05 ±2.13）CFU/cm2 before the introduction of the humanized management mode; after the introduction of humanized management mode, there were totally 104 cases-times infected with 2.47 times per year, significantly less than 143 case-times （3.41 times per year）, the difference was statistically significant（P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION Since the introduction of the humanized management mode, the infection awareness of the medical staff has been greatly improved and the infection rate has been effectively controlled, which greatly enhances the work enthusiasm of the medical staff, it is worthy of the promotion.
