摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗76例消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将76例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,每组38例。对照组采用质子泵离子抑制剂加抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药愈疡汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效优于单用西药治疗,且不良反应较少。
Objective:To investigate combination therapy in 76 patients with peptic ulcer clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:76 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups and each of the 38 patients in the control group were treated with proton pump ion inhibitor plus antibiotic treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of the use of Chinese medicine Yuyang Tang.Results:The total efficiency is significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM combined with western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer clinically superior,and fewer adverse reactions,it is worth to promote the use of clinical.
