摘要
目的:探讨外伤性踝关节骨折手术治疗的临床效果。方法:收治外伤性踝关节骨折患者45例,全部予以手术治疗,分析治疗后的效果情况。结果:所有患者随访2～4年,按照疗效标准:优25例,良11例,可5例,差4例,总有效率91.1%,优良率80%。在3例差中,1例踝关节畸形,1例术后14个月腓骨短缩移位,1例踝关节皮肤坏死并严重创伤性关节炎形成。结论:外伤性踝关节骨折病情较重且较复杂,早期手术治疗及功能锻炼有助于踝关节骨折的预后。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgery treatment on traumatic ankle fractures.Methods:From Oct.2008 to Oct.2010,45 cases who were given surgery treatment with traumatic ankle fractures in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the efficacy after treatment were analyzed.Results:All the patients were followed up for 2～4 years,according to efficacy standards,25 cases were excellent,11 cases were good,5 cases were pass,and 4 cases were poor,the total effective rate was 91.1%,excellent rate was 80%.In 3 cases,one was ankle deformity,one was fibular shortening shift after treatment for 14 months,and the other was ankle skin necrosis combined with severe traumatic arthritis formation.Conclusion:Traumatic ankle fractures condition was serious and complex,early surgery treatment and function exercises were in favor of ankle fractures.
