摘要
目的:观察腰大池置管持续引流脑脊液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床疗效。方法:治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,行腰大池置持续引流脑脊液。对照组采用常规治疗。观察脑血管痉挛、再出血、脑积水及死亡率。结果:治疗组脑血管痉挛、脑积水、死亡率明显低于对照组,再出血发生率两组无明显差异。结论:对蛛网膜下腔出血患者早期行腰大池脑脊液引流,是一种快捷、经济、易操作、临床疗效好的理想方法。
Objective:To observe the effect of lumbar cistern continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid in treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:the treatment group on the basis of routine treatment,line waist cerebellomedullary cistern continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid.The control group was treated with routine treatment.Observation of cerebral vasospasm,and hemorrhage,hydrocephalus and mortality.Results:the treatment group and cerebral vascular spasm,hydrocephalus,mortality was significantly lower than that in the control group,the rate of bleeding had no difference between the two groups.
