摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下手术治疗输卵管妊娠的术前术后护理方法。方法:对腹腔镜下手术治疗输卵管妊娠的术前心理护理、术前指导、术后护理、术后活动和饮食指导。结果:50例患者均能顺利完成手术,手术时间30～70分钟,平均50分钟,其中8例有休克症状需要输血治疗,住院时间超过7天以上外。其余住院时间4～6天,血色素回复正常,精神佳,无不适。除有3例发生过轻微腹胀外,均无出现过严重并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠兼有诊断和治疗作用,手术创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、腹部无明显手术瘢痕等优点,且易于护理,保证了护理质量。
Objective： To explore the treatment of laparoscopic operation for tubal pregnancy preoperative and postoperative nursing methods. Methods： laparoseopie operation for the treatment of tubal pregnancy preoperative psychological nursing, preoperative instruction, postoperative care, postoperative activity and diet instruction. Results： the 50 patients were successfully completed operation,operation time 30 -70 minutes, averaging 50 minutes, including 8 patients with shock symptoms need blood transfusion therapy,length of time for more than 7 days to outside. The remaining length of hospital stay was 4 - 6 days, hemoglobin is back to normal,the spirit of good,no discomfort. In addition to 3 cases had slight distension, were not appeared serious complications. Conclusion： laparoseopie operation for the treatment of tubal pregnancy with diagnostic and therapeutic effect of operation, less trauma.less pain. faster recovery, shorter hospitalization time,no obvious scar of abdominal operation and other advantages, and is easy to care for, ensure the quality of nursing care.
