摘要
目的:探讨原发性闭角型青光眼临床特点及误诊原因。方法:收治误诊原发性闭角型青光眼患者23例,进行回顾性分析。结果:误诊为头痛待查5例,高血压9例、脑梗死7例、胃肠炎2例。结论:原发性闭角型青光眼的临床表现多种多样,我们只有提高认识,尽早诊断、及时有效的治疗,才可能最大限度地挽救患者的视功能。
Objective：To analyze the reason of misdiagnosis and differential diagnose is of acute angle closure glaucoma in a cute episode time in 23 cases. Methods ： A retrospective analysis of misdiagnosis of acute angle closure glaucoma in 23 cases. Results：glaucoma symptoms easily confused with systemic diseases ; the history and examination were not asked carefully; sections of patients between the rush in the harvest. Conclusion： The increased sense of responsibility, a comprehensive understanding of history, carrying out intensive medical check -up can be effective in reducing the rate of misdiagnosis.
