摘要
目的:探讨护士电话随访对改善心肌梗死后患者的影响效果。方法:收治心肌梗死患者259例,对照组在出院前护理人员给与书面或口头出院指导,观察组出院后半个月、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年进行电话回访。结果:观察组经过电话随访,能够正确服药139例,掌握健康生活方式137例,能够主动咨询治疗情况126例,能按时复诊145例,发生心血管事件2例,心血管事件发生率1.4%;对照组经过电话随访,能够正确服药76例,掌握健康生活方式68例,能够主动咨询治疗情况71例,能按时复诊58例,发生心血管事件18例,心血管事件发生率15.9%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:护士电话随访对改善心肌梗死后患者结局有着积极的作用。
Objective： The to explore nurse telephone follow- up to improve the effect of patients after myocardial infarction. Meth- ods： collected in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2012 259 cases discharged guidance myocardial inf^trction patients and control group patients before discharge nur- ses give written or oral discharge instruc- tions, the observation group two weeks after the patient was discharged, 1 months, three months, six months, one year follow up call. Results：The patients through telephone fol- low - up, the correct medication 139 cases, accounting for 95.2%, to master the 137 ca- ses of healthy lifestyles, accounting for 93. 8%, to take the initiative to consult treat- ment situation 126 cases, accounting for 86. 3% ,a timely referral of 145 cases,account- ing for 99.3% ,two cases of cardiovascular events, vascular events was 1. 4% ; control group patients through telephone follow -up to the correct medication 76 cases, account- ing for 67. 3%,to master the 68 cases of healthy lifestyles, accounting for 60.2% , to take the initiative to consult treatment The situation in 71 cases, accounting for 62. 8% , a timely referral of 58 cases, accounting for 51.3% ,the occurrence of cardiovascular events in 18 cases, vascular events was 15. 9% ,the two groups have a significant differ- ence （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： The nurse telephone follow - up to improve patient out- comes after myocardial infarction has a posi- tive effect.
