摘要
目的:探讨内固定治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效。方法:手术内固定治疗三踝骨折患者36例,进行回顾性分析。结果:36例患者经过6～24个月的随访,根据Baird等疗效评定标准进行评定,优30例(83.3%),良4例(11.1%),可2例(5.6%),总有效率100.0%。结论:内固定治疗三踝骨折疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate the fixa- tion of the clinical efficacy of three ankle fractures. Methods：collected in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2012 surgery within fixed treatment of 36 cases of three patients with ankle fractures were retrospec- tively analyzed. Results：36 patients after 6 to 24 months of follow - up, according to Baird evaluation standard assessment, excel- lent in 30 cases（83.3% ） ,good in 4 cases （ l I. 1% ）, 2 cases （ 5.6% ）, the total effi- ciency 100. 0%. Conclusion： The internal fixation of ankle fractures is significant and worthy of promotion.
